Vulcanising tape P-301

P-301 vulcanizing tape is a heavy-duty, self-vulcanizing sealing tape designed for circular ventilation ducts, such as C-class duct systems requiring guaranteed airtightness.

Design
Made of elastic polyethylene tape with a pressure-sensitive adhesive (elastomer) that adheres exceptionally well to galvanized metal and aluminum. The adhesive is protected by silicone-treated paper, which is removed during application. The adhesive is self-sticking and reaches maximum strength after 24 hours.

Installation
No heating (gas burner or heat gun) is required during application. The tape must be firmly pressed to ensure proper adhesion, as it is a long-lasting adhesive with a special elastomer for maximum adhesion on ventilation ducts. The tape should not be stretched more than 3%. The adhesion surface must be clean and dry. Ensure that the tape overlaps weld seams and screw heads for optimal sealing.
